Paradise
Valley Pizza
Handmade Gourmet
Italiano Pizza Featuring Local Ingredients
Jean Young
250-337-1916
paradisevalleypizza@gmail.com
2733 Merville Road, Merville
I create these handmade gourmet Italiano-style pizzas in small batches which
I sell frozen for you to bake at home. I use the finest ingredients, lots of them and local whenever possible. The crust is
thin, 50% whole wheat, and I use only extra virgin olive oil.
There are seven different varieties, Pepperoni Classico with local pepperoni,
Quattro Stagioni with artichoke hearts and prosciutto, Greco-Italiano with spinach and feta, Gustoso Rosmarino with my fresh
rosemary and garlic, Paradiso Vegetale with 6 vegi toppings, Alla Puttanesca, piquant and hot, and Il Pacifico with shrimp
and my basil pesto base. I can also make custom pizzas. New for 2010: I now
have gluten-free celiac-friendly pizzas available!
I hope you too will enjoy these Italiano-style pizzas! Customer comments include:
“Delicious!”, “The best I ever ate.”, “Really, Really Good!” and “I loved it.”
If you wish to order a custom pizza contact me at 250-337-1916.
